Owners Jonathan and Marianne Bassett have turned the 15 bedroomed hotel into the ultimate Hip Hotel. At Portscatho on Corwall’s southern coast is The Rosevine; a relaxed and informal Georgian holiday house with 12 guest apartments. Located on the unspoilt Cornish Roseland coast, with the beach just a 2 minute stroll from the garden gate, the Rosevine is quite different – it’s not a hotel, but it’s not strictly self catering either – you have your own self-contained space, but you can also use the rest of the house too.
