This coming weekend sees the fantastic Chilli Fiesta at West Dean Gardens, which for the first time is open over three days from Friday to Sunday.
The very popular Chilli Fest is now in its 15th year, and the cult festival seems to become bigger and better each year. Attracting chilli addicts from all over the world, the festival showcases over 300 different chillis and sweet peppers, displayed in the wonderful greenhouses of West Dean Gardens. Visit the festival to see chillis of all shapes and sizes, including the hottest chilli in the world: Naga Jolokia, also known as Bhut Jolokia, Ghost Chilli or California Death Pepper.
Attractions include chilli cookery demonstrations, advice on growing chillis and oodles of yummy chilli based foods to taste and buy including numerous chilli sauces, jellies, salsas, chutneys, relishes, marinades, nuts and crisps. Even chilli chocolate, chilli ice cream, chilli beer and chilli fruit juices are all on sale!
Take a break in the beer and cider tents listening to salsa and lambada music, or even have a go at Salsa Dancing or Belly Dancing!!!
West Dean Gardens is situated just a 30 minute drive away from our West Sussex Showroom so why not plan a whole day out?!
