The versatility of white furniture

One of the big attractions of white furniture has to be its versatility. Use white to create a timeless, neutral backdrop and then let your own colourful personality shine through!

The room pictured right is a great example of just how to do this. The blank canvas of white painted walls and white flooring provides the simplest of backdrops. The stripey blue floor covering adds interest; especially when combined with the dark denim look sofa. The window coverings are kept light and white with just a hint of blue accent colour to keep the room tied together.

Despite the use of what is essentially a really quite dark accent colour, the white base of the room ensures the overall feeling of the interior is one of light airy brightness.

Get Romantic With Hot Pinks!

Oh no!  It is almost the most romantic day of the year (St Valentines Day) and you are probably either going to spend it with your beloved one or on your Todd again. Both can leave you wondering what all the fuss is about and wishing the day would just go away, its just another excuse to get us to buy cards, presents and food. If you want to be romantic you can be! And at any time where its spontaneous and not just on 14 February?
