Prospect House is a beautifully renovated and restored building located in the hamlet of South Hallsands, South Devon. Originally a thriving hotel built and run by the Trout Sisters until 1950′s, the then rundown building was purchased in 2006 by Amanda Lubrani who developed the landmark site into sixteen stunning New England Style homes.
